For new members
So you've decided to join GuildSuper which is great. Here are a few quick steps for you to take.
Step 1. Get a copy of the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and have a read. This document will tell you everything you need to know about GuildSuper, so it's important to take the time.
Step 2. You'll need to fill out a couple of forms:
a) Standard Choice form. This form is to be supplied to your employer and just confirms to them that your choice has been made.
b) GuildSuper application form. This one is required by us to set up a super account for you. Click here to download the PDS.
And while you're there think about completing a
c) Rollover form. This one will bring your super from your last job across to GuildSuper. Click here to check out the reasons why you might want to do this.
Step 3. Send the forms through to us and wait for your account details to come.
Seems simple? That's because it is.
