Insurance in Superannuation Voluntary Code of Practice

    GuildSuper is proud to announce that it has adopted the Insurance in Superannuation Voluntary Code of Practice (“the Code”), which came into effect on 1 July 2018.


    The Code has been developed to improve the overall standard of insurance in superannuation and seeks to improve both the value and protections offered to members.

    Whilst we are already compliant with many aspects of the Voluntary Code, we will be working closely with our insurer and administrator to be fully compliant by 1 January 2022, in line with the timeframe set by the Voluntary Code.

    The Code is available to download from the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia website.
