Online Access Upgrade
GuildSuper is constantly looking for ways to make handling your super easier. Part of this process involves upgrading our websites so we can provide more responsive, tailored assistance to better meet your needs.
The upgrade will help us deliver significant improvements to our web-based services by providing a faster, more user-friendly and reliable site with increased functionality.
Employer Services
The Employer Online Access site will be upgraded between 1 and 15 July 2008. During this time you may experience some interruptions to online services. We expect the site to be unavailable between 1 and 10 July, with the potential for intermittent disruptions between 10 July to 15 July. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you experience any difficulties or you have any questions at all about your account or would like to make any transactions during this time, please contact Employer Services on 1300 309 882.
Member Services
The Member Online Access site is also undergoing a significant upgrade during July and August. While this happens you will not be able to visit your account online, however if you have any questions at all about your account please contact Member Services on 1300 361 477.
We apologise for any inconvenience this causes and look forward to your visit in September when you will be able to check your account balance, update your details and use our brand new calculators to see how much your super might be worth when you are ready to retire.
