Making contributions
There are 4 different contribution types:
• Superannuation Guarantee (SG)
• Salary sacrifice
• Spouse contribution
• After tax - this includes co-contributions

Making your initial contribution
Supply all of your employees’ details on the membership schedule included in the application form in the Product Disclosure Statement and attach a cheque for the initial contributions or complete the direct debit request.
Making ongoing contributions
Each month we will send you a Contribution List which will contain your employee details. You can either:
- complete the Contribution List and return it to us
- submit your contribution details electronically via Employer Online Access
