To make GuildSuper your default fund download the following:

• GuildSuper Choice of Superannuation Fund form - Your current staff who want to join GuildSuper can sign this form and give it you to allow you to start making contributions to GuildSuper on their behalf.
• Employer Application form (includes Product Disclosure Statement) - Only complete and return this form if you are not currently an employer registered with GuildSuper.
