Making your first contribution

Supply all of your employees’ details on the Membership Schedule included in the Product Disclosure Statement and attach a cheque for the initial contributions.

Making ongoing contributions

Unless you choose to submit your contributions electronically using Super PaySmart Solutions each month we will send you a Contribution List which will contain your employees' details.

You can either:

  • complete the Contribution List and return it to us with a cheque each month, or
  • use one of the electronic Super PaySmart Solutions.
